This policy explains how Shopwise handles information when you use its services or authorize access through Amazon.

Who this policy covers

Shopwise is an independently operated application for seller data analysis. “Shopwise,” “we,” and “us” refer to the operator of this application. This policy covers Shopwise’s handling of your information; Amazon’s own services are governed by Amazon’s privacy notice. Hosting this notice on c-jayden.com does not mean that the domain is owned by Amazon or represents an Amazon seller storefront.

Information we process

• Amazon login information: depending on the permission requested and approved, Amazon may provide an account identifier, name, email address, or postal code. The Amazon consent screen describes the requested access.
• Authorization information: access tokens, refresh tokens where provided, permission scopes, and connection status needed to maintain a connection you authorize. We do not receive your Amazon password.
• Information you provide: messages, support requests, and data you choose to submit to Shopwise.
• Service and security information: hosting and infrastructure services may process IP addresses, browser information, request times, and error or access logs to deliver and protect the service.

Login with Amazon alone does not grant access to seller orders, advertising accounts, or other seller business data. Any such connection requires its own applicable authorization. If enabled and authorized, Shopwise processes the data made available by that connection only to provide the requested analysis.

How we use information

We use information to identify or connect your account, provide the features you request, maintain authorized connections, respond to support and privacy requests, diagnose problems, and protect the service against abuse. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing is based on your consent, providing the service you request, legitimate security and operational interests, or legal obligations, as appropriate.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information or use Amazon login information for targeted advertising. Information may be processed by service providers as needed to host, secure, or operate Shopwise and to respond to support requests. This privacy page is hosted on Tencent Cloud EdgeOne Makers. Amazon processes authentication and authorization under its own policies. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect rights and service security.

Service providers may process information in countries different from your location. Where required, applicable safeguards and transfer requirements must be met. This policy does not authorize unrestricted sharing of seller or personal data with AI providers; any feature requiring a new use or recipient will be explained before that processing begins.

Storage, retention, and security

We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes described here, including operating your authorized connection, resolving requests, and meeting applicable legal requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. Limited records may be retained where required by law or to address security incidents; backup copies may remain until normal backup expiry.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information processed. Access to authorization credentials should be limited to the systems and people that need it. No method of storage or transmission can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and deletion requests

You may choose not to authorize access. You can revoke Login with Amazon permissions through the Manage Login with Amazon section of your Amazon account. Revoking access stops future access under that authorization; it does not automatically delete information already received by Shopwise. Seller or advertising connections must also be revoked in their respective Amazon authorization settings, where applicable.

To request access, correction, or deletion of information held by Shopwise, or to withdraw consent or raise a privacy concern, email y1911965290@outlook.com with the subject “Shopwise privacy request.” Include the email address associated with your Shopwise connection and what you want us to do. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or identity documents. We may need to verify that the request concerns your account and will respond within the period required by applicable law. If some information must be retained, we will explain why. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights, including the right to complain to a relevant privacy authority.

Cookies and this website

This privacy page contains no analytics scripts, advertising trackers, login form, or application cookies. Its hosting provider may process technical request information for delivery and security. If you use a Shopwise application, necessary session or authentication technologies may be used to maintain your login; any additional tracking requiring consent must be disclosed separately.

Children and policy updates

Shopwise is intended for adults using business services and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and address it.

We may update this policy as Shopwise changes. The current version and update date will appear on this page. Material changes to data use will be communicated as required, and additional consent will be requested when necessary.
